PLEASANTON, Calif.–()–BJL Enterprises LLC (BJL), a leading independent technology design and consulting firm providing mission critical end-users with expertise in project design, consulting and project management, announced today that it has appointed technology industry veteran Jason Woods as Partner and Vice President of the firm.

Founded by former Arup executive Bill Lizotte in 2013, BJL has seen impressive growth, from $400,000 in revenue in its first year to $600,000 in 2014 and projected revenue of $1.5 million for 2015. Since its founding, BJL has helped a number of firms, both large and small with a variety of technology design and consulting needs. Projects have included enterprise design for various Bay Area Fortune 100 and 500 companies and multiple data center design projects located in the US, Australia and Europe. BJL is currently engaged with multiple end-users in project management as well as owner representative roles for the construction administration phases of their projects.

To help manage the recent growth and expansion, BJL has named Jason Woods as Partner and Vice President. Prior to joining, Mr. Woods was a Principal and Director for the Technology Department at Alfa Tech. In his new role, Mr. Woods brings to BJL more than twenty years of technology design and consulting experience and will advise BJL’s clients on the design and construction of their mission critical facilities and utilize his expertise in structured cabling construction, data center and enterprise design and project management. Additionally, Mr. Woods will assist clients of BJL on strategy for their IT infrastructure requirements while providing a vendor neutral approach, ensuring lower risk and the implementation of cost effective solutions. Mr. Woods will also oversee the firm’s business development activities and strategic partnerships.

Throughout his career, Mr. Woods has overseen a number of enterprise IT infrastructure projects as well as the design and construction of data centers for multiple Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Projects under Mr. Woods have included the low voltage infrastructure design, wireless design, security design and project management for over 3 million square feet of office space and campuses for multiple clients, as well as the design and construction management of multiple LEED Platinum and Gold certified data centers.
