Our client, Stream Data Centers recently broke ground on its new data center campus in San Antonio, TX. At full build-out, the new data center campus will have up to five AI-ready buildings and 1.5 million square feet of space supporting up to 200 MW of IT capacity. The first 300,000-square-foot building is slated to be ready for occupancy in the second quarter of 2025.
