Over in Europe, Zayo’s not the only one making a move in France. Hurricane Electric’s steady European expansion has taken it to Marseilles, where they have established a new PoP at SFR Netcenter. Lots of the international capacity to and through the Middle East comes ashore in and around Marseilles. I wonder if given their sustained interest in the region Hurricane Electric might be a dark horse acquirer of assets in Europe at some point.
