Hurricane Electric recently established a new connection at the BBIX Internet Exchange in Tokyo, as TelecomPaper reports. From the article:

IPv6-native internet backbone and collocation provider, Hurricane Electic has connected to the BBIX Internet Exchange in Tokyo. The new exchange point will provide BBIX customers with reduced latency, improved fault tolerance and access to Hurricane Electric’s IPv4 and IPv6 network through 100BaseT, 1GigE, 10Gbps and 100GE service. Additionally, BBIX customers will also have the opportunity to exchange IP traffic, or “peer” with Hurricane Electric’s global network.
