WASHINGTON–()–BPM.com announces that the 4th Annual Global Awards for Excellence in Case Management will take place during a gala dinner on June 16th at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City, the first night of the BPM and Case Management Global Summit.

“We are pleased to have these prestigious awards as part of our program”

Launched by the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) in 2011, the Global Awards for Excellence in Case Management recognizes innovation supporting knowledge workers in today’s leading edge organizations. Past award winners came from industries including banking, insurance, government, healthcare, and transportation – based on solutions built by IBM, EMC, OpenText, Pegasystems, Computas, and other leading Case Management platform providers.

“We are pleased to have these prestigious awards as part of our program,” said summit chair Nathaniel Palmer. “The award-winning case studies featured at the summit will recognize excellence in Case Management, highlighting the best practices and leading technologies that support knowledge workers.”

The BPM and Case Management Global Summit is focused on providing actionable advice and illustrating “the art of the possible” for adapting business processes and work practices to the dynamic and unpredictable nature of knowledge work. The program features top executives from the federal government and commercial enterprises, as well as industry analysts and leading subject matter experts.

The 2013 Global Award winners are featured in the recent best-seller book on this topic, “Empowering Knowledge Workers,” presenting a combination of best practices and case studies for leveraging social collaboration to create and adapt goal-oriented activities that enable informed decision-making using federated business data and content.

“Whether you call it ‘Case Management,’ ‘Business Process Management,’ or ‘Social Task Management,’ the Excellence Awards are about recognizing the best strategies and technologies for supporting dynamic task tracking and information sharing,” explains WfMC Awards Director Layna Fischer. “The awards showcase how knowledge workers faced with unpredictable work patterns are increasingly and successfully turning to this new generation of flexible, task-tracking software. If you are a service provider, these awards present an ideal opportunity to showcase how you help your customers adapt, innovate, and deliver superior user experience.”

The awards program is managed by Future Strategies Inc., in partnership with the WfMC. For more information, including a complete list of past award winners and submission requirements contact:
