TDS recently announced the 3.0 version of their TransitionManager. The data center migration tool and new updates are discussed by Data Center Dynamics. From the article:

Technology consulting company Transitional Data Services announced the availability of TDS TransitionManager 3.0, an updated version of its data center migration solution that includes improved dependency analysis, automation of run-book generation, enhanced real-time executive dashboards and extended asset management features.

TransitionManager was built to provide a complete set of best practices for planning and managing all aspects of physical and virtual data center migrations, the company said. It aims to improve communications and encourage collaboration across the team by providing all participants with real-time visibility into all relocation activities.

Michael Bullock, president and co-founder of TDS, said, “ As today’s data center becomes an increasing mix of interconnected applications, the new features of TransitionManager 3.0 helps enterprises adapt to the new normal of accelerated change in the virtual data center. The flexible, graphical representations of data and automation of run-books make for efficient, thorough planning.”

With TransitionManager 3.0, TDS has enhanced migration analysis and planning with new features such as interactive dependency maps, which allows IT management and business experts to quickly understand the relationships between applications, servers, databases, storage and other IT assets in a graphical format.
