Bluestone Energy Services’ recent retrofit of the Colonnade Hotel in Boston was featured in an article titled “Welcome to Boston!” in Engineered Systems.
Smaller in size but big on style and service, the Colonnade looked to compete with bigger brands by cutting costs behind the scenes. Bluestone’s turnkey retrofit of existing systems had a chiller overhaul lead the list of improvements, which included lighting and controls retrofits, and allowing rooms to recirculate air when unoccupied.
