The new office space will accommodate a growing workforce and capitalize on the increased demand for energy conservation services across a wide array of sectors including higher education, retail and data centers. The new office space will increase Bluestone’s physical footprint by more than 50 percent. In addition, Bluestone will increase its workforce by 20 percent this year.
“The expansion of our Norwell office marks the next chapter in Bluestone’s corporate growth strategy,” said Ryan Blair, president of Bluestone Energy. “Over the last year Bluestone’s headcount significantly increased along with our customer base. We look forward to serving new and current customers with even greater resources and personnel during 2014.”
Bluestone has secured millions of dollars in utility incentives for its clients by developing and implementing hundreds of HVAC, lighting, and process energy-conservation projects. Bluestone has worked with a wide array of companies including American Airlines, Biogen Idec, Genesis Management Group, and Stop & Shop Supermarket Co.
