Meet Milldam’s summer interns and see the recent client headlines
Today, we released our May Newsletter with a focus on in-person events and our new summer 2021 interns. Olivia DiFilippo and Amanda Brooks are both undergraduate students at the University of Southern California.
It’s finally time to get out of the home office! Next month, I will be attending 7X24 Exchange in San Antonio and I hope to see you there! There will also be Data Center World 2021 on August 16-19 in Orlando, FL.
This month’s newsletter also highlighted clients in the news such as the appointment of Instor’s new CIO, GRC’s appointment of Schneider Electric’s Former Director of Innovation and Technology as its new CIO, and Hurricane Electric’s addition of 13 points-of-presence across the EdgeConneX International edge data centers.
Lastly, the May newsletter highlighted the cyber-attack on the pipeline in the Northeast. Colonial pipeline paid hackers nearly $5 million ransom in Cryptocurrency to restore networks. There was a great pressure faced by the Georgia-based operator to get gasoline and jet fuel flowing again to major cities in the Northeast.
