Yesterday we attended the 2016 Technology Convergence Conference (TCC) in Santa Clara, CA! This year’s event featured round table discussions, a keynote by Patrick Schwerdtfeger, Leading Authority on Global Business Trends, and panels featuring perspectives from companies such as Facebook, eBay, Samsung, Juniper Networks, AT&T, Cisco and of course TelaDATA and the usual mix of end-users interested in talking about how their technologies converge and learning from each other’s experiences. It was another successful show! Enjoy a few images from our day at the 2016 TCC:
The day is about to begin! The 2016 TCC media-slides begin to scroll across the main stage as attendees enter the conference. We loved the 11:00 panel discussion “What Decisions Help Drive Your Data Center Strategy?”And we weren’t alone! It was a well-attended session, full of conference attendees interested in hearing from Facebook, eBay, TelaDATA and Sysorex. We witnessed lots of activity happening on the exhibit floor throughout the day.One opportunity we facilitated was a conversation between client and data center infrastructure expert Instor and noted tech journalist Chris Preimesberger of eWeek.A busy day calls for a well-attended lunch! The next session we went to focused on a new metric “WUE”, prompting many of us to consider: is “WUE” the new “PUE”?? This session featured Bruce Myatt of The Data Centers. The Panelists, contemplating. This slide is from Henry Wong’s presentation, of IntelWe checked out a feature of this year’s TCC in the afternoon – the round table discussions.Various topics were covered and hosted by specifically chosen companies for a total of nine different discussion happening in two waves.Last minute conversations being held and connections being made. Thanks to TelaDATA and the entire TCC team for another great year!
