A data center industry veteran, Ms. Collins brings to RLE more than seven years of experience in channel partnerships and sales operations
FORT COLLINS, Colo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–RLE Technologies, a leading provider of water leak detection systems and web-based monitoring solutionsfor mission critical facilities, announced today the addition of Kathleen Collins to the position of Director of Sales Operations, where she will be responsible for driving sales of RLE’s robust product line as well as expanding the reach and engagement of its expansive channel partner program.

In her new role, Ms. Collins brings to RLE Technologies more than seven years of experience in managing channel partner and sales programs in the data center and mission critical spaces. Specifically, she brings a strong background in cultivating strategic relationships and establishing effective long-term solutions in complex industries. Ms. Collins also has expertise in numerous leadership roles involving process improvement, integration, remediation, and both internal and external relationship building. Ms. Collins will help RLE Technologies identify new channel partners in existing markets while establishing new vertical markets for RLE’s suite of critical facility monitoring products. Additionally, Ms. Collins will provide consistency throughout the RLE sales process to ensure that both the company and their channel partners will continue to see strong growth in the booming facility monitoring market.
Prior to joining RLE, Ms. Collins was a Regional Channel Manager with Server Technology. Among her duties in this position, Ms. Collins recruited value-added resellers, managed channel partner program compliance, and cultivated strategic channel relationships to help meet global and regional sales goals. Throughout her five-year career with Server Tech, Ms. Collins also worked as the Manager of Inside Sales and Channel Partners.

Ms. Collins received both a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
Earlier this year, RLE Technologies launched Future Resource Engineering (FRE), an energy efficiency subsidiary designed to help data centers reduce energy usage, enhance operations, and increase profitability. Ms. Collins will play a strong role in growing this business as well.
