Data centre services company, vXchnge has announced that Hurricane Electric has expanded its global IPv4 and IPv6 network to vXchnge’s Santa Clara data centre. By extending the world’s largest IPv6-native internet backbone to vXchnge’s Santa Clara facility, vXchnge customers will experience improved fault tolerance, lower latency and increased network capacity through Hurricane Electric’s 100BaseT, 1GigE, 10Gbps and 100GE Ethernet service. vXchnge customers are also granted access to exchange IP traffic and peer directly with Hurricane Electric’s global network.
