NORWELL – Bluestone Energy Services LLC has announced plans to expand its corporate headquarters on Longwater Drive and add personnel.
Bluestone plans to enlarge its office space by 2,700 square feet, an expansion of a little more than 50 percent, said Sean Fuller, the company’s vice president of business development and marketing.
It will also add seven jobs in sales, engineering and project management, a 20 percent increase in staffing, Fuller said.
The company provides engineering and other services to help businesses cut their energy costs.
Bluestone President Ryan Blair said the expansion represents the next chapter in the company’s growth strategy.
“Over the past year Bluestone’s headcount significantly increased along with our customer base,” Blair said. “We look forward to serving new and current customers with even greater resources and personnel during 2014.”
Bluestone said the expansion would help it capitalize on growing demand for its services in a variety of sectors, including higher education, retail and data centers.
