RF Code has released CenterScape 1.2, the next installment of its real-time operational intelligence solution for the data center. CenterScape by RF Code combines robust and intuitive software with an intelligent data normalization engine and wire-free instrumentation, providing continuous asset tracking, asset lifecycle management, and environmental monitoring as an affordable, easy-to-deploy data center efficiency service.

Featuring simple per-rack/per-year pricing, CenterScape delivers the business intelligence and visibility data center operators need to ensure uptime and resiliency while reducing their operational expenses. New features for CenterScape 1.2 include enhanced security from a new read-only administrator role, label sets for easier searching and reporting, and performance and scalability improvements.

The new version has inheritance mapping and location scoping that boosts CenterScape’s asset management capabilities. Other features include rack visualization enhancements for greater asset visibility, and event and reporting improvements for more detailed, granular alerts.
