OpTerra Energy Services (OpTerra), a national energy services company that partners with commercial, industrial and institutional clients as well as school districts, cities and counties to implement comprehensive sustainability programs, announced that its Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Division will be participating at the 2016 National Grid Energy Efficiency Summit as a Diamond Sponsor. The Summit will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Gillette Stadium: 1 Patriot Place, Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Representatives from OpTerra will be on hand at booth 51 to detail energy efficiency measures recently implemented by the firm that have yielded significant electricity and gas savings, substantial utility rebates, and attractive ROIs. The discussion will involve comprehensive energy conservation projects that have generated impressive results for a variety of private sector customers.

Working with a variety of clients over the course of 2015, OpTerra’s C&I Division installed nearly 50,000 LED fixtures which will provide over 86 million kWh in electricity savings. Over this same period, the C&I Division also secured nearly $16 million in utility incentives for its customers.

The 2016 National Grid Summit will feature a number of energy conservation and efficiency sessions, including discussions on Strategic Energy Management Planning and Comprehensive Efficiency Solutions. The event includes two keynote addresses by Maryrose Sylvester, President & CEO of Current by GE and Stacy Allison, President of Stacy Allison General Contracting and the first American woman to climb Mt. Everest.
