Future Facilities to examine “Predictively Modeling the Data Center Lifecycle” on October 20

Future Facilities North America (Future Facilities NA), a leading provider of data center design and operational management software, today announced that they will be presenting at Data Center World on using computer models to predictively analyze IT operations.

Future IT-related changes demanded by businesses often add risk and can’t always be accommodated within their data center infrastructures. Currently, a number of forward-thinking companies have successfully used predictive modeling to reproduce enterprise IT operations and critical decisions, enabling them to accurately quantify risk and costs. Future Facilities will present “Predictively Modeling the Data Center Lifecycle” in the Silver Spring room on Monday, October 20, from 11:40 – 12:40 p.m.

“Our presentation at Data Center World will discuss the importance of modeling and predictive simulation, while highlighting the benefits of increasing data center efficiency,” said Sherman Ikemoto, Director of Future Facilities. “We’re excited to help data center operators quantify and analyze the impact of their mission critical decisions.”

Future Facilities recently partnered with Glassboro, NJ-based DCIM Solutions, LLC to offer ACE, the predictive modeling and simulation service which assesses three critical indicators for optimal data center performance: Availability, Capacity and Efficiency.
